Practice Emphasis: Mr. Thompson focuses on representation of individuals in state and federal prosecution, on appeal, and in related administrative proceedings. Through that representation he has represented numerous parties in complex white collar defense and Major Ballot Measure 11 cases. On appeal, he has represented the prevailiing parties in State v. Page, 197 Or App 72 (2005); State v. Roller, 201 Or App 166 (2005); State v. Garza, 201 Or App 527 (2005); State v. Balogh, 207 Or App 377 (2006); and State v. Litscher, 207 Or App 565 (2006).
